A new resource, Financial Supports for First Nations Post-Secondary Students Specific to COVID-19, has been developed by the First Nations Education Steering Committee and Indigenous Adult and Higher Learning Association and it includes information on financial supports for post-secondary students specific to COVID-19. We hope this document will support your efforts to connect your students with resources that may mitigate the financial impacts resulting from the pandemic.
This document contains information on both provincial and federal programs, including eligibility, the kinds of assistance available, and guidance on how to apply. Please note that it is advisable to review program details on a regular basis as they may evolve over time.
