FNESC 20th Anniversary Celebration

FNESC 20th Anniversary Print by Alano Edzerza. Ordering details below.

Back in 1992, First Nations community members decided to form a First Nations education body dedicated to advancing First Nations education in British Columbia on an ongoing basis and support communication among Nations on education issues.  From those beginnings, the First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) was established and it has since grown to a board of 100 First Nations community representatives, always working to achieve that original vision of achieving quality First Nations education.

Thank you to those who joined us to celebrate those 20 years and those who have made significant contributions to the creation and development of FNESC.
